Return & Cancellation Policy

Most products can be returned within the return window shown on the product page, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

To start a return, contact support with your order ID. Once approved, pickup or drop-off instructions will be shared.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the item is inspected. COD orders may be refunded by bank transfer.

Custom, installed, or hygiene-sensitive items may be non-returnable as stated on the product.
